Transition Team - The Transition Team (Terri Lilly, Cristy Ludrosky, Carl Saurman, Sue Spear, Kathy Wagner) met with Pastor Julianne on May 24 to start this process. The purpose of the Transition Team is to explore God’s expectations for Messiah and pass those findings to the Call Committee for selecting our next pastor. To accomplish this, the team needs input from the congregation.
The first input is the Ministry Tasks questionnaire.
• The results will be discussed at sessions (with some food) on:
• June 11th 9am – 10am and 11am – noon. Choose which ever session works for you.
The goal of the sessions is to agree on the five essential ministry tasks and five helpful ministry tasks. This will be one of the inputs sent to the Call Committee. The completion date for the Transition Team is September 1.
